Default Touch up Paint for Rocker Boxes

Long story short, I am taking my 2009 Night Train apart to have some powder coating done and I removed the tank in order to get at my wiring. In process of removing the tank I put 2 nice gouges in the top of my rocker boxes which are texture black I believe. Anyone know of a good method to touch the paint up? Or do I have to remove the rocker box and have the piece re powdered? I would like to touch it up if its not gonna look like a bag of smashed a holes. The tank hides the scratches to a point, but would like to fix it because I know its there and I'm OCD. Go Figure.
