How Do I Get This Tank Graphic in Dark Blue On My Grey Tank?
Hello paint and graphics folks!
What are my options to get the tank graphic on the Street Bob pictured here onto my billiard grey Low Rider gas tank? I want the graphic to be dark blue instead of black as shown.
I understand the tank will need to be repainted billiard grey to get rid of the stock lettering for the blank canvas so to speak.
Can the graphic be painted?
Do I order this as a graphic that is adhered to the tank and then clear coated?

Yes, paint the tank the color you want like basic paint, scuff it when dry or sanding smooth depending on paint skills, apply the decal. Lightly scuff the decal removing some of the sheen and clear coat the tank, use medium coats due to todays urethane's can attack the vinyl and distort or even lift it if heavy coats are applied.
