Bought this stuff at a local Hobby store, was less than 5 bucks.
Wash bike as you normally would.
Get an old spray bottle fill with really soapy water.
Get one of the bars of clay, kneed it to fit the palm of your hand nicely.
Spray a panel, spray a little on the clay and with no pressure glide it across the panel(s).
As you do this you will find the clay starts really gliding easily.
Before you know it your either done or drunk. (I chose to drink beer while farting around the garage)
If the clay Mars or streaks you will need to wash that off. The real Clay bar kits you buy claim they will not mar, this only happened a couple times on my bike.
When you are done the bike will feel soft as a baby's ***. It's weird I know.
I then wax with Meguiers wax.
