BTW, It's interesting about all the stuff that is non standard. The generator bolts don't use a standard countersink of 82 degrees, They use 60..
Also this bike was built using dimensions scale but a inch, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8... For instance, the hole circle for the clutch pins is 2 13/16, 2.8125.
Battery side.. Added mounts for the relay and circuit breaker. Installed all the parts loosely to start looking at the wiring.. Will take a break from this project to work on other stuff.

The turn signal rubber fittings that hold the socket wire had a case of Gonducci. The rubber was melting.. Making new socket wiring out of Delrin and contact out of brass.. Found springs from McMaster that will work for the sockets where the springs were bad. The outside of the turn signals were not too bad on 7 of them.. The previous owner washed the bike but didn't run it.. All of the insides were pretty corroded. I bead blasted the insides.
