Panz, I looked into the One shot paint you suggested for my restored emblems and there's one near me. $200 for a quart each of red and black. The cost and that minimum qty would give me enough paint to do a thousand emblems which makes it a no-go.

Maybe you can find an old school sign painter or pinstriper near you? My brother used to buy half pints of One-Shot, maybe someone up there still can? Or maybe bring a couple baby food jars and ask nicely if they will sell you some?
Im thinking of going a different route and using a paint with a hardener in it rather than straight enamel. I just need to see what the one shot crosses over to (if possible).
One-Shot makes a hardener additive that works well
Im sure but I hate wasting products and adding it to the rest of the paints I'll never use in my lifetime. When I painted my carb bodies with the black spray bomb (that has the separate chamber with hardener in it) I was trying to think of other things I could paint just to use it up, Im sure we've all been there in one way or another. Once you push the button that mixes the hardener with the rest of the can you have 48hrs to use it before it goes hard so here I am walking around my garage thinking things to paint black for the sake it. I ended up wasting half the can anyway rather than surprising my kids by painting their bicycles black.
Wondering if anyone has had to change the timer position to make the ebeyond2000 system line up? I timed it with points before doing the swap and it was correct, now here's where the timing ended up with the pickup and trigger.
