It's these little details that make a quality restoration stand out. Good job!

Ooh, I hate that guy!

As has been mentioned before (and will likely continue) truly an awesome level of details given here. Much appreciated! The bike looks GREAT!!!

Repop cutout relay, I haven't put any effort into finding a used oem one but I will look into it. I dont like the zinc plating and the screws are wrong. It'll do for now but some of the small details will get fixed here and there. The wiring is routed correctly though with bent down eyelets

Thankfully those metric screws are slightly smaller than the OEM screws. Get a set of OEM and re-tap the holes, takes minutes and gets rid of those dopey metric screws. A real cover also helps the illusion. Carry on.

Its a pretty good repop cover with Delco on it. If I kick it up and down the driveway a few times and leave it outside in the rain it'll look real.

Not an easy task, I see why most are left raw brass.

I did the 46, 48 and 59 at the same time, 2 M35's and an M74B.

I'll clean the residual black off the machined brass surfaces once the paint has cured. I used an automotive paint with a hardener so it should resist fuel fairly well. We'll see.

Proper ferrules came today.

I fabbed up a plate this afternoon to pressure test my intake.

Carb body in place to set the intake position.

It leaks at the front cylinder, I'll investigate. This test just saved me from a lot of frustration trying to kick start it and eventually lighting my bike on fire on the front lawn to roast marshmallows.
