I put mine in the HD tank bag top window pocket. Has worked everywhere reliably, except for the two tolls on either end of the Indiana toll road. Those are a crap shoot. Always have been for motorcycles.

 

I put it in my left hard case. Definitely didn't work. Luckily I grabbed a ticket and was able to give the transponder to the attendant for charges. So I suppose I am stuck with mounting it on the windshield or just keeping it in my leather coat pocket and handing it to attendants if it doesn't read.

 

i put mine in the front pocket of my jean vest, i've not had a problem of ez-pass reading it! YMMV

 

I have my ezpass mounted between my screen and the plastic on my 22 PAS. I have a silicone cover on it from amazon and you can not even tell its there unless you are looking for it. The 3M hook and loop keeps it in place.

 

I just got the 2024 PA CVO. I am going to attach mine to the inside of the front fairing near the bumper. Going to use the double sticky sided velcro. It really doesnt need to be visible to work and putting it there will not be visible to theives. On my prior 2019 Ultra Limited (That I traded in), I just kept the EZ-Pass in the tour pack and it worked just fine.
