New Pan America for 1000 subs?
#21
Well, if you can wait, then might I suggest you might want to consider waiting for the Pan America 975? Rumored to be introduced this year, perhaps at the 120th shindig in June, but we don't know when. And we don't know what's different about it. But it'd be a brand new bike, never reviewed before, and that might make it a more appropriate choice for a review?

I purchased a 2014 Street Glide and got a great deal, went back for my 2019 SGS and they wanted to rail me. I ended up getting a great deal at another dealer on the SGS and now I hear they are putting it to customers as well, Hard to find a dealer that is consistent.
That being said, I may get a 2022 but do want the additional features on the 2023 and the price that some are asking for pre-owned is more than what I thought a new one would cost. It would be nice to get a 2023 used with all the stuff already added to it. I can wait a few months.

OK, I really am having trouble with your thought process...
We have a different view of relationships. From 2014 to 2019 I put around 150K HOG miles on my bikes of which I went through 3 purchases with the same dealer including servicing (prepaid with unlimited services is a no-brainer for heavy riders). This is what I call building a relationship. Went through a number of ******* store managers but the finance, sales, and service managers are well acquainted with me).
The other trouble I am having is you want the BRAND new model year "USED" with "all the stuff added" in February. I do believe you will be waiting a bit longer than a few months.....
