That exhaust looks like ****. I would expected this cheap, stepped design from a no-name Chinese company, but not Vance & Hines. I hate this stepped design that they are using on a lot of their mufflers.

Its rather ugly. The stock pipes have a way better look than these.

I've only seen one exhaust that I would be interested in, made by someone across the pond. However, more noise is not something I am looking for. I like the looks of the stock pipe, and being in stealth mode.

That V&H looks like ***. I have always hated V&H anyway and sure as hell don't want one on my Pan.

Luckily, I have the SE pipe already and I think it's just about perfect. The tone on it is great at higher revs and the popping and burbling on the overrun is amazing. Not looking for anything else.
