I’m a fan of the Pan Am, and hope it’s an overwhelming success for Harley. But , I’m surprized that living in likely the largest motorcycle market in the country, I’ve yet to see one in the wild.
Believe it or not I have seen four in the wild here in Florida and I'm not including what I have seen in HD dealer parking lots. I kind of don't want to see them everywhere I go like f#$king baggers.
I seldom see a BMW adven bike and they have been on the market for over a decades.
To be number one you just have so sell more duh. So the others sell 1000 bikes and H-D sells 1010. Not common but best seller.
Let's hope the momentum keeps rolling and the success continues. The only reason I haven't test rode one yet is that I'm not ready to plop down money to grab one. That time will come though.

don’t see many Rolls and Mercedes either. I’m hoping that PA captures best AND best seller. If not the best then one choice among the best. As you say, the BMW’s have been around for decades; longevity, tradition, quality, reputation… HD can do that too!
you must REALLY want a Pan Am. That or you just want to pad your post count as this is the 2nd time in as many days that you've thanked us "Beta" testers

Adventure bikes, you have to catch them in their natural habitat and that requires another adventure bike
