My bike had a similar issue. It was diagnosed today as a faulty right-side control module.

The hand controls appear to be problematic. My left side had to be replaced.

I had this happen on me on a test ride bike
Caused me to drop the bike on RHS, as I was pulling away, as I could not put my foot all the way to the ground, as bottom of jeans hung up on foot peg and stopped me from putting foot on the floor.

I was riding back to the dealer any way. 150 mile bike, I had done maybe 4 miles on it.
Felt very gutless.., engine warming light was on BEFORE it went on its side. That is why I was on way back to dealer.
see my other post about Variable Valve Timing Fault

I have a 23 PAS and it has now shut down on me 7 times, 3 times in an intersection. its been back to the dealer 7 times for it including a fuel pump and a right hand control module. Also a rear ABS sensor. My dealer is now working with HDmoco to try to resolve the issue. we have also disabled the hill hold control thinking that maybe i was activating it from hard front braking....not the case. kickstand switch not an issue either...i have hit it with my big *** foot while shifting but never gotten a sidestand down warning. im just under 6k on the clock and it did it to me the second day i owned it... and has every since. im getting real close to starting the process of sending it back.....

Hang in there… there’s something simple causing it. Diagnostics will be the hard part.

Gutless the PA is not. Yes it does not have the low end torque of the V twin but get it above 4K rpms in normal or especially sport and hand on you'll be impressed.

Have you noticed the battery voltage fluctuating below 14.1-14.2 volts while riding or idling? If yes, there is a bulletin of a long list of electrical connections and wiring to check. There were a few things out of spec that were adjusted when my bike was doing this, which may be your issue. Unfortunately, none of those things fixed my bike, so I replaced the battery (even though it tested ok and I keep it on a tender when not riding) and the voltage regulator was replaced. After those things didn't work either, the tech took everything back apart and went through every connector. Ends up the ground to BCM connector was bad. Once that was fixed, no issues! I know for others with similar issues, it has been the stator.
Good luck!

You know, I noticed my new '22 PAS doing this, but i haven't had any major problems with the bike yet. Is this something i should call my dealer about? Are there others that have it stay solid on 14.1?

If you're getting decent fluctuations, I would have the dealer check all the electrical connections. Mine was fluctuating down as low as 10.6 volts while riding (and it died a few times on the road)
