I had to use the quarter trick when I installed the springs on a center stand on a vStrom, it was very helpful. I figured I might have to do the same thing to install the jiffy stand spring. I was wondering if the angle was going to be a bit of a challenge when the bike was on the center stand. Did you have the jiffy stand all the way up when on the center stand?

it's a bitch if you don't . Another option is to put the spring in a vice and push it away from you and insert quarters, then pull it toward you and insert some on the other side. after installation, put the jiffy stand down and will the quarters out. Makes it easy peasy, DAMHIK

I installed an RKA tankbag. I like the H-D tankbag but I wanted something smaller so I installed an RKA 10L bag.
Things I like about the RKA tankbag:
- It uses the same mount points as the H-D tankbag. I used a soldering iron to create holes in the straps for the two front mount points.
- The left side of the bag provides a channel to run cables/wires.
- Based on how I installed the bag I can get gas without removing/disconnecting the bag. I have the A1 risers installed.
I am running power to my bag using one of the heated gear plugs under the seat (i.e. Gerbing coax male to SAE adapter and SAE to SAE cable). I have an SAE splitter cable inside my bag connected to two female cigarette lighter sockets. I have a Mix-It2 plugged into one socket and a dual USB adapter plugged into the other socket. I use the Mix-It2 to amplify the audio from my Garmin GPS to a MTX handlebar speaker. My GPS and MTX speaker both support Bluetooth but the audio is much better (i.e. can hear at highway/interstate speed) when hardwired to the Mix-It2.
If anyone is interested I included some links below.
Thanks!

I had the Mix-It2 and MTX speaker installed on a vStrom for a few years and decided to use it on the PAS. Since I purchased the MTX speaker (MUDHSB-B) it looks like it was acquired by Kuryakrn.

Installed SE exhaust - Besides looking and sounding great, It reduces felt heat more than I expected (I also run the unit garage CAT shield). If I knew about the reduced heat I would have put it on before leaving the dealer. That POS muffler box must be reducing airflow (internally and externally) after the CAT and amplifying felt heat. Still want to De-CAT at some point but much more manageable now.
