I rode it home from the dealer (just bought it) and put it in the garage with my other bikes. They're getting to know each other while its cold as .... well, whatever, outside.

I actually cleaned mine for the first time in months. It's quite hard bike to clean well, what with all the little nooks and crannies all over. The laced wheels are a PITA.

Both times I have washed mine I have found I have missed spots later. It is hard to clean well.

I'm eagerly waiting for SW-M to release their brake pedal extension, and hopefully adjustable shift lever.
You can try from https://aeedea.com/product-category/...s/pan-america/ . Haven't bought any for the panam yet but have bought quite a few parts for my sportster from them so can vouch for the quality. They are in India but ship worldwide and since I am in India, this was better for me than ordering from swmotech and other brands due to the extra wait time and shipping cost.

I got some S100 with my Fat Bob in 2009- never used it, so decided to try it on the PanAm cuz it was muddy and dirty everywhere from its off-roading and dirt nap - sprayed it on, used a wash mitt, rinsed and towel-dried- AMAZING! YMMV

Yeah, I have some of that and it's pretty good, while expensive and chemically harsh. I tend to wet the bike off, then use snow foam, then rinse that off and go over it by hand with a sheepskin mitt and a bucket of suds.

Then either ride it to dry it, or blow it off with a pet dryer (same as a motorcycle dryer, but less than half the price). Then I look for the missed bits and start to detail them. There's a lot of "missed bits" on the Pan.

By the way, I just discovered Vulcanet wipes. They are pretty expensive, but the first product in a while that has actually made me say "Oh my god. That is really f**king good" Kind of a cross between a wipe for dirt and S100 colour restorer.

https://vulcanet.pro/moto-en/vulcanet/

All that said, everything I have mentioned above is also fairly expensive and chemically harsh. I just have an issue with S100 cleaner as it ate the paint on a denim fairing I had once....
