What did you do to your Pan America today?

maybe we need to do a poll

not sure if you were asking for my opinion or not, but I can tell you that I have the HD Sundowner and I love it. Spent over 8 hours on it the week after I bought it and it was fantastic. The PA with it has become my touring bike once I get the bags (November?). I am seriously thinking of trading my 19 Road Glide in for a Sportster S. The RG just feels like a rock now.

Have you tried setting up a custom ride mode and setting preload to Rider only? That seems to have helped in my case. (My theory is it reduces margin of error over letting bike sense weight and decide)

Corbin seat review after 12 hrs of seat time: It’s hard, but a much better platform for my big butt. I can sit forward in twisties, and sit back cruising without the pressure on my tailbone I felt with the stock seat in all positions. The pressure is better spread on this larger seat. After 3hrs on day one, I pulled out the air hawk. I can ride tank-to-tank with the Corbin+air hawk. I couldn’t do that on the stock seat even with the air hawk. Today I rode home without the air hawk (6hrs). It was hard not to pull it out but have read I need to “break in” the Corbin seat. I was definitely squirmy after an hour in seat. Fortunately I found beautiful spots to pull over for a break.
1st mountain ride on the Pan Am review: It’s made for mountain riding! I had a blast, on pavement and gravel/dirt. It makes my Ultra seem slow and heavy (because it is comparably). I’m adjusting to the attention it gets from all types of riders. Twice I had groups U-turn to chase me down. I enjoyed making it difficult for them to catch up. The NC mountain leaves were peaking. The Blueridge Parkway was a **** show, but the 2ndary roads were Awesome!
The more I ride, the more I like riding this bike.

Helmet holder bcs I dropped mine too many times from my bike
Prototype. If it is OK, I weld a pole the on the crash bars. Metric version .-)
RHS, so rain shall not collect in the head-cup
They'd said, it is a 2 wheel Jepps, so let's follow the path...
practical, bolt on, utility style, good for the cowboy lasso rope

Re Custom setting for suspension problem. Just set one up so I'll see how that goes.
And it works ! I set up a copy of the basic ride mode and chose the Comfort setting for the suspension. Hasn't dropped yet.
I'll set up another for the Sport mode to see if that follows too.
