What did you do to your Pan America today?

CalSci Shield arrived today. This is the L size and I'm using it in the lower position. The upper position is too high for me. No wind or helmet noise on the interstate.
Its bigger and wider than I expected. I considered changing it out for a M size which is a couple inches shorter but after I rode it I decided to take the plastic wrap off and keep it.
Quality is high and its much thicker than the stock shield. I think it vibrates less, especially in the low position. I haven't installed the screw caps yet in these pictures.
I'm happy overall but I bought this as a temp solution so i could enjoy the bike more until Puig or another company makes a big shield that looks like its made for an adventure bike.
So, next year I might change but the protection from the CalSci is first class and I recommend it to anyone that's looking for touring shield.

Getting the screws to thread was a bit of a chore. Be very careful you don't strip the OEM nuts.
Went through this with the Ducati MTS and the KTM 1290. Both times had the CalSci then switched to a Puig or similar but much better looking screen.

Those feet can be trimmed down to lower the back of the seat, creating a more level surface.
The Ducati Multistrada had the same issue of rocking one's rear end up and forward, forcing the family jewels into the tank.

Not that I've seen. With the rear passenger seat off, if you put the rider seat on the high setting, you can see where the two rear 'feet' fit into the cups on each side.
