Took the Rox Risers and tall boy seat off, ground off 1/4" of the stock seat rear support posts. Slight forward lean feels better on my crappy lower back.

With the tall boy seat and the Rox risers making the bars higher and further back, I sat straight up, which was the most comfortable for me until two weeks ago when I screwed things up in my back again. I need to lean forward to get the pressure off my lower back. By grinding off the seat support posts some, I don't feel like the stock seat is pushing me forward as much as before, and actually feel like my butt fits the stock seat much better with no pressure on my boys.

Rotated the bars up. Its dumb I didn't do it sooner. More comfortable upright position. The brushguards touch the windscreen now at full lock but other than that feels good. Since I'm sitting more upright, a taller screen will be even more important now..

I just did a track day on mine today. I've never done one before, but the Pan Am more than held it's own. I was by far the fastest in my group. Lots of bouncing off the rev limiter today until I learned the track a bit.

Many, many positive comments on the bike from everyone else there.

I’m not able to change the ARH in the stock factory settings either. I had to copy a mode and make a custom setting, and then u are able to adjust the ARH there.
The manual does not explain that at all. You are correct, You have to be in Custom ride mode to to get to menu to change ride settings for suspension. Tech at dealer showed me.

pictures of how the wiring is routed would be appreciated
Battery Tender makes an USB adapter that will plug into one of the heated gear connectors under the seat. I routed my cable under the left side of the tank, and zip tied to existing wiring

Yesterday, 400 miles testing the HD Sundowner seat. Great upgrade!
