Its a great idea, I know other bikes have 4 in the rear, nice to see HD finally doing it.

try the 2nd off road mode ,feels stronger than sport smoother power but you have to control the front wheel float

Default West Texas PanAM

New to the forum, not new to Harley's. Traded in my RoadGlide for the PanAm. First day riding I followed this County Road until I could go no more due to flooding. Most fun I had on a motorcycle in a long time.

Well.....my bike is at the Dealership. I have paid for it. I own it. All the accessories are there as well.

But I want it ceramic coated before I pick it up and the guy that does that can't do it until Thursday and I am off on a trip to Cornwall then. So it's going to be the last long weekend trip for my Fat Bob, and then the dealer will deliver the brand new ceramic coated Pan Am to me the day after I get back.

So I am now officially a Pan America owner. Just not yet a Pan America rider.....

Like several others have found, mine was 5 ounces low on coolant- didn't even register on the dipstick when cold and on the jiffy stand. I rode to the dealer and the service tech said,"Oh, I'll put some in!" LIke hell! you can't tell how much to put in now that it's hot. Give me a pint and I''ll put it in myself! he did, I did

Just scored a set of Sport bags to replace my aluminum panniers. Mounting and dismounting my bike like I would a horse, the twisting to keep from dragging a boot across the high mounted aluminum bags, is aggravating a 30 year old back injury. These sit lower and should do the trick.
