rode st helens, rainier, chuckanut, deception, wenatchee, winthrop and on the coast this summer. Great rides they were! Job is moving me to San Diego area now, so I can ditch the rain gear for now - that'll be nice! Take care all and thanks for the all the great ride info!

 

Not so fast with the rair gear, it will rain in San Diego in Jan and Feb, it is just warm rain.

Warm rain will be OK! I was born and raised in LA and have been away for about 13 or 14 years. I have a brother in Pasadena that I visit every now and then - if memory serves me right rain was not all that often, at least compared to what I'm used to now! We already have over 10 inches of rain for November and it's the 9th - another new record for rain - seems like we set that record last year!! Beautiful riding here when you can though!
