The ABATE website legislation section isn't working for me right now, and that flyer is about as vague as the side of a barn. What exactly is this rally supposed to be for/against?

SB350 died last year, AB1192 is a no-brainer. The "Anti-Profiling" bill still doesn't have any legislative backing. The Unruh Civil Rights Act update/amending is still TBD as far as denying service if we're wearing colors, etc. The 'reflective gear' BS that the NHTSA is promoting has no known legislation, same with their 'license plate recognition' campaign. Law Enforcement being able to legally limit us to groups of 3 or less while riding - also no known legislation on the books.


So...yeah, got any details on this? If I'm gonna get out and spend my Saturday in the cold rain at the state capital instead of my previous plans for the day, I'd like to know a bit more about why I should be there. Flyers with old fashioned PR scare tactics like "before it's too late" just don't do it for me.
