Keep in mind that the front route up the mountain, hwy 330 is closed due to damage from rain last year. Back route is open but I expect there will be a lot of traffic 2 wheel and 4 wheel. I went last year but im prolly gonna skip this year...

 

18 is open out of San Bernardino. It goes past Crestline and Lake Arrowhead and is a nice ride. The 38 is also open out of Redlands at the 10 and 210. Or you can come up from the hi desert on the 18. Enjoyed last year and will do my best to be there this year. Fun day ride and then get to eat dinner and stay with relatives in the desert.

The 330 will be open Memorial Day Weekend, so they say.
Not sure if they will close it again later.
I've gone both ways, but prefer 38 through Mentone Beach...
(Need to rephrase that I've taken both roads to Big Bear!)
