Hey Jaron, I took a run down to Randle today to see if FR25 is open yet (the forestry dept. web site hasn't been updated in over a month) and sadly the route is still blocked at the turnoff to Windy Ridge . I was hoping to propose that as a route for the West-siders to take over to Goldendale. We can still take the same route home that we went last year, or maybe I can talk you into going back over Chinook Pass which is another excellent ride!

Looks like we'll have to take the same route over as last year - up through Duvall to Monroe, over Stephens pass to Leavenworth for lunch, over Blewett pass and down to Ellensburg, then along Canyon rd to Yakima and Hwy 97 down to Goldendale. This is a really fantastic ride that includes just about every kind of terrain that Washington has to offer. As I recall it was about a 350 mile day.

I'd like to head over on Friday the 19th if anyone else would like to ride along.

Jeff,

I'm down for whatever route you want to take. As you know I'm along for the ride. I'll be on leave so give me a time and place to meet on friday and I'm there. Same goes for the way back I'll be on leave for 2 weeks, so whatever works out

Last year we met at a gas station in the NE corner of River Rd and Meridian Ave in Puyallup. That's the junction of Hwy 167 and Hwy 161. I'd propose a meet time of 9:00am, we can adjust that as needed. Hopefully we can get a good group like we had last year and pick up anyone that want's to join up from up North when we make the turn at Monroe at around 11am.

Here is a link to my proposed route:http://maps.google.com/maps?saddr=N+...,2,3,7&t=h&z=8
