Moving from NYC to L.A. and need advice
#12
You'll love it here. As said before, riding is year round, non-stop. Let it be known that SoCal has 8000 foot mountain passes and 200 ft below sea level deserts all within 2 hours of LA. And the combinations of getting there are endless.
Rich (Mighty Warlock) puts on one of the most insane twistie rides around. 400 miles of neck-snappin floorboard-scrapin roads in one day and you'll rarely be able to shift into 4th gear. Read no freeways!
And do I need to tell you that proper Christmas attire is shorts and flip flops?

Here's a teaser http://www.pashnit.com/motoroads.htm#sandiego I have lived in San Diego all of my 47 years. You will never want to leave. I hate the Ca taxes and all the tree huggers but stay just for the riding.
