Sorry to hear that (no pun intended)! Hope you can make the ride.

I did a short practice run today. Rode from my house down Jefferson through Ole Town Temecula (no ticket!), then picked up 79 east. Stayed on that to 75 west, the S16 back to Temecula.

Great roads and weather was about perfect. Did get a little windy in some of the opens spots on 79. I started a little later (around 10AM) so it was pretty warm, T-shirt weather. Can't wait for next weekend!

Meet at Menace at around 9:30?

That's the good news. Bad news is I also just checked the weather and looks like a little rain is in the forecast (some area's) for Saturday and Monday with Sunday being clear. Hopefully Sunday will be dry, but chance of getting a little wet. Not a downpour like last week. Ride is still on.

Looks like all my riding buddies have backed out for one reason or another.

If anyone (Skidrow, SteelKnee ??) wants to meet in the OC area let me know.
I can meet at the corner of Magnolia and Warner in Fountain Valley, just South side of 405, 8am.

From there, going to meet Mr. Lucky (maybe PhatPhil ??) at Starbucks corner of Ortega and Rancho Viejo Road, just east of the 5. About 8:30a.

Then on over Ortega and meet (ChiliPepperGarage ??) at Menace between 9 and 9:30a.

Any SD riders want to meet in Julian or elsewhere (PowayPete ??).

I won't be able to make this run. My son in coming into town today and will be leaving on Sunday. He is living in Las Vegas attending UNLV.

He turned 21 on Tuesday and we made plans for Saturday night. I'll try to drink him under the table, but at my age, who knows?
