As a matter of fact...
We have a saying about you Californians - Come to Reno on vacation, leave on probation. If you only knew how true it is.
Which brings up a good tip. Contrary to what you see or hear IT IS ILLEGAL TO HAVE OPEN CONTAINERS OF ALCOHOL IN PUBLIC IN THE CITY OF RENO. You'll have no problem within the boundaries of the event, but don't walk around with a beer downtown. Sparks, however, has a better tolerance on Victorian ave.

I was out on I-80 today and saw no less then 150 bikes in various groups heading up there. Gonna be a LOT of traffic coming through Sacramento tommorow. Worst traffic is normally at the interchanges near downtown between 3-6pm and on I-80 from I-5 exit up through Auburn at the same time. Leave early if you can. Wish I was able to go up and meet you all. Ride safe and have fun.......
