...they won't work on your bike. I have a dealer across the street from my work, and wanting to be loyal, I rode 20 miles outta my way to take it to the place I bought it from.
Thing that pisses me off, is my sales guy knows about my mods(even brought out the sls mgr to look at 'em),he scheduled the appointment, and the fuggin service writer even took it in. They waited an hour after I dropped it off to call me back, and tell me to come get it.
One place not to waste your time at if you're not stock.

I've had issues with this place as well. They are close to my work so I use them. The mechanics have always been cool and helpfull, but the desk staff are donkeys (the other word for donkey). I even sit there and watch them give each other 'tudes. It's kind of funny.
Personnaly, I don't think this place will be around much longer. There are signs of a business not doing so well.
Have had some work done by someone I know who works out of his garage. Builds custom bikes. Gonna start letting him do all my maint.

I know I wrote that a dealer or manufacturer can't deny warranty coverage because of mods, and the burden of proof is on them to prove the mods caused the problems, but I'm a phantom internet poster.. I could be full of ****. For this reason, I snagged this link from another forum. It's a good read for everyone really, who owns a bike and has modded it or is thinking about modifying their bike. Know your rights!
