CA1 delays this Saturday 12th
Thought I'd pass this on:
Drivers hoping to travel north on Highway 1 through Big Sur can expect delays Saturday because of the Best Buddies International Bicycle Ride.
The ride is expected to hold up traffic periodically from 7 a.m. through 5 p.m. There will be detour signs, and an effort will be made throughout the day to have motorists and bicyclists share the scenic highway, Caltrans reports.
