I know there was a thread with Idaho Riders (roll call) some time back. Be danged if I can find it (used search). Could someone direct me to that thread?

One of the HDF members (OneBlackFly) is relocating from Michigan to Idaho Falls, Idaho.

I found the thread about Idaho Roll Call, but didn't see anyone sign on that's in the Idaho Falls area......OneBlackFly moving there and was hoping someone would chime in that's near there, so he'd have peeps to ride with.

 

I'm about two and 1/2 hours from Idaho Falls. Down in the extreme SE corner of the state. I ride 20 mi south and I'm in Utah. I ride 20 Miles east and I'm in Wyoming. Be happy to meet up for a bit of a putt.

 

Don, guess I don't know my geography of Idaho! Sorry. Maybe you could meet up with OneBlackFly from Idaho Falls......he's moving from Michigan.

Well, we finally made it to ID. Still have to make one more trip east to get all our stuff. Bike stays in MI until next spring. I had back surgery and it is best for me not to ride (damn it) until next spring (when I'll have the bike shipped here to Idaho Falls).

When spring comes, let's meet for a ride together. From what I've read on this forum, there are not many ID members. But somehow, we'll find each other. Even though it can be some work to arrange, maybe a ID meet and greet, centrally located, could be done next year.

 

Sounds like a plan. Lots of beautiful country to ride in this area. What brings you to Idaho?

We moved here to retire, to be near great fly fishing, and the National Parks. This area is very much different, and very much to our liking, from southeast Michigan (aka Detroit area).
