That place looks cool. Whats with that airplane piled into the side of that hill?

It's an artifact used in the movie Breakdown, with Kurt Russell.

The town is The Techatticup Mining Camp in the Nelson-Searchlight Mining District

Thats the place but the plane is from 5,000 miles to Graceland its where the gas station that he blew up after he killed the old creepy dude.

North of Vegas is the Valley of Fire... If you are looking for great scenery where you can kick back and cruise with your thoughts, this is a great place.

Take water and/or food with you as there are no facilities to buy them. They do have water fountains but its better to take your own...

Hey, sorry for the late response. Just back from Vegas and getting over the 30th birthday hangover

I ended up getting a Street Glide and took that baby south to Laughlin, east to Kingman, down to Oatman, and then back up over the hoover dam before hopping back to the hotel on the strip.

I took along my hand held GPS with me in my pocket, so it was able to track my entire route... VERY cool for those of you that want to see where you've been once you get home!
