Default Dealers in Vallejo area

Looking to buy a softail deluxe. I live in the Vallejo area, but am out of the country till june. Would like to set aup a deal to have the bike waiting for me when i get back.

Been in contact with the Saramento dealership, but labor charges for accessories seem high.

Any recommendations on dealers/parts/labor for the area?

Thanks,
Arthur

Ther is a dealer right there in Vallejo. I cant think of there actual name off the top of my head but I check for you and post it up. I deal with Elk Grove HD alot, they are the sister store to the Sacramento dealer. What labor are you refering to as being high? I believe all of the dealer's close bye have the same labor rate, I could be wrong not sure.

Hi, thanks for the info.

The labor I was refering top was 90 dollars an hour. Seemd high compared to what I have been reading, but maybe that is just CA.

I am overseas until June and have tried a few of the places you have mentioned. Only 2 havce gotten back to me so will go with one of them.

its a bit further, but I would suggest Livermore Harley - they are big and sell a **** load of bikes. $90 an hour is what your going to pay for shop work at a dealer in CA.

Just my 2 cents

For the most part dealers in Nor Cal are charging between $90-$100 per hour on labor. YOu might be able to "haggle" for a better price on installs, but don't count on it. This is where they make a lot of their profit. Just my 2 cents!

Thanks Manny.

You're right about not counting on the haggling. Just got an e-mail saying he won't move at all. Will be putting on some of the accessories myself as a result
