Shasta Salute to America Motorcycle Rally, Labor Day Weekend, Thur 8/28 - Mon 9/1
South Bay Biker Productions & the Siskiyou County Veterans Services invite all bikers to the Siskiyou Golden Fairgrounds in Yreka, CAfor what is destined to become the greatest motorcycle rally in California - the Shasta Salute to America Motorcycle Rally, Labor Day weekend, 2008. Gates will open @ 8: 00am on Thur, August 28th & the party will last 'til Mon, September 1st @ 11:00 am. This event is put on BY BIKERS FOR BIKERS. This is an adult event -you must be 18+ years old. We're lining up fantastic entertainment, major sponsors, top bike builders& great vendors to put on a kick-*** party bikers want. The 5th annual FARSIDERUN will be featured as a main event during the Rally.
The venue is 100 acres of plush lawn w/plenty of shady tent camping. We have space for 90 RVs w/hook-ups, & our vendors camp free. Nightly national act entertainment will be on a 7 acre lawn area under the stars directly adjacent to our beer tent. We are featuring biker bull bustin, ol school biker games, helicopter rides & the Wings2Fly Saloon - a 6K sq ft bar with ac open from 11:00 am - 1:30 am every day! We have space for 120 vendors - 1/2 indoors w/ac. The riding in Siskiyou County in the shadow of magnificent Mt. Shastais awesome.The roads areuncrowded & business is biker friendly - see Yreka Chamber link on our web page.

ok a maybe from me went thu there last sept. and got a ticket cop said he gave me a break (thanks) not a bad ride up there so may just do it..

yeh was running along headed south from yreka behind two cars they were side by side just looking at mt shasta then a cop pulls up along side me and point to the side, so ok I figure pipes helmet apes etc but no he gets me for speeding kinda figured maybe his ol just rn off with a biker or something 9the cars had to be going as fast as I was also had a car right behind me.. oh well driving school it is....

It sounds to me that you were singled out & I need to know that.Wewill becoordinating with LE to try to ensure Shasta motorcycle rally attendees are not singled out.Siskiyou County needsthis event.Folks up there are gettin behind this thing.

not a thing other than whats here do know the area and some nice riding up there lake shasta and redding just south ashland and the rogue river just north .. just watch out for that cop...
