I've been there a few times. They seem to cater more to the club crowd from what I can tell.
I go to McGuires over in Walnut Creek. They just won some HD award for customer satisfaction for whatever it's worth. I've never had an issue with Either and know several people that swear by Vallejo.

For my 5K tuneup they mis-diagnosed a problem deep inside of the engine. Theysaid the problem was a leaky shock (& replaced as part of the 2 year warrenty). After the warrenty period was over I went under the bike to stiffen the shocks and saw oil like drops on it - realized they had mis-diagnosedthe problem. They were straight up with me --admittedthat they mis-diagnosed it &fully covered the work. Then they dideven better.Since the engine had to be disassembled anyway, I asked them if I'd save money on the labor on a big-bore kit.Theyonly charged me $200 labor (+ parts). I saved about$800.So,they might have been botched the job initially but the're very honest.

Thanks for the input.

Bought the bike there and they seemed reasonable.

Would recommend.

Pictures to follow in a couple of weeks.

Meanwhile, trying to break in asap. Managed 400 miles in 3 cold-ish days but raining now.

Bike rides like a dream.

Ho do you like yours so far?

400 miles! Have only made 300 on mine...
Then 70 mile an hour winds and cold mornings (35 Degrees) started[:@]

I love her...The ride is awesome...Going away this weekend but if it doesn't rain next weekend I'm out on the road!
