Hey, schoney how ya been? Do you know how long it's going to be closed? Have a friend riding down from Wenatchee the middle of next month will have her cross at The Dalles if it's still closed. Are you going to do the Desert Dash in August? Seriously considering going. Give me a holler if you get down my way.

Not much of a detour if you are heading West,keep a eye our for troopers on WA SR 14,they are cracking down on speeding and very ticket happy ,thick as flies on molasses too. [:'(]

 

They seem to be doing that everywhere lately. We have a pair here on 101 south of Newport that work together, one in an SUV and one in a pickup. Also noticed more cruisers. Was doing about 65 when I met one the other day but he didn't turn around. Gotta watch it. My last ticket doesn't drop off until September.
Got up this morning and it was already 80. We don't even get that in August so I guess I'd better get the scoot out and go somewhere.

Leaving San Diego and headed to Portland to see my son and Family.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Will be coming up the 5 so that I can make sometime since I only have 12 days.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Planning on coming back the coast of OR (101) and through the Red Woods.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Can I expect a beautiful ride?&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; Anything of interest that I need to look out for coming home the coast hwy?
