Default SoCal Sunday Ride Thread

I've met several of you L.A. riders and feel it's time to start a ride thread for the weekends. I'm always interested in a good local ride that allows a return home within the same day. I have knowledge of most of the canyons and gathering spots and always enjoy a day out on my bike. If there's norideplans I'll usually find my way up to the Rockstore and the canyons in Malibu.

This isn't an event, I'm already aChapter member ofthe local HOG andlarge numbers of bikes requires work.

So if you're interested in a nice ride with a few buds post your thoughts.

I'll be posting my ride plans andgearing up for a great ride!

I agree with mrsr71 name the time and place. Day rides that range from 300 to 400 miles in a day are fun. My brother and iride almost every weekend.

I live in Orange Co. (Seal Beach) and ride every Friday. It's not easy to findpeople to ride with on Fridays, so if anyone out there is free on Fridays and looking for someone to ride with post it here.

Sounds like fun, wife and I are in.

We will be on the river for the next couple of weeks beating up the Seadoos, developing a great case of skin cancer, and just generally acting like asses. Will be fun to hook up when we get back.

I was thinking about a ride over to Cook's Corner and possibly canyons in that area.I'll look into a route and post it before Friday.

I'll post my suggestions weekly, unless I can't ride that day.

If anyone has any ideas, please post them!
