Anyone had a chance to get out there yet? Out west it's been BRUTAL so far with the temperatures still below freezing, and regular snow... not sure what's going on

Was out riding for 2 days last week in Moose Jaw sask. Weather was still below 0 one day but roads in town were pretty good and just had to get the new bike outta the garage. I work in the North so the cold was definately manageable. Layers, layers, layers.

I got my 08 as soon as it hit the floor and haven't missed a month yet. A ride to Jasper or Edson is as far as we can go in the winter. Jasper is usually warmer so we go that way.

I finally took the bike out of storage and drove it about 100 km to the house. Then another hour around the city just because I could. That was Friday. Tuesday I trade it in for an '09 EGC. But it still too cold to really RIDE.

Normally ride year around thanks to the chinooks, but this year has been the worse winter in years. Woke up this morning Mar 29th to 10 centimeters on the ground, we had another 10 a few days ago.
