No. Any JASO MA/MA2 oil will work in all 3. But on the harley all these lubes are seperate so the use of specific oils will give better lube performance. In the end it is up to you. Just read some bottles at the store and look for the JASO MA/MA2 spec and most bottles will say good for all three holes on a Harley.
