I wouldn't.........motor oil shears too much too fast to use in a gearbox. I prefer Redline Shockproof in all my HD gearboxes.

A lot of good info over there. Sometimes the most expensive will not equate to the best lubrication.

I agree with Big Ted, redline heavy shock proof in the transmission.
