Mobil 1 in the motor, Bel Ray in the tranny, and Spectro in the primary. I take 1/2 qt of Mobil 1 with me on trips, but have never needed to add any. Availability on the road wouldn't be a reason for me to run any particular lube.

I run Syn 3 in all 3 holes & will likely continue to do so. I had ran Mobil 1 20w-50 in my previous bike with good results/no issues. Everything else is hard to find around here.

I have been using Syn3 in all 3 holes, but come to find out, Syn3 is only a partial synthetic. Forthe same price, you can buy the others which are full synthetic.
After some rave reviews from a buddy of mine, I ordered the Redline heavy shockproof gear oil for the tranny, and the redline 20w50 motor oil for the engine and primary. The gear oil is said to greatly reduce the "clunkiness" of the shifting and make it smoother. I figured it couldn't hurt to give it a try, and the price was about the same.
I haven't changed my fluids yet, as I just picked up my new derby cover today. I'll report back what I think.

As an HD tech/mechanic I have gone to my share of oil seminars and have had oils analyzed and AMS oil just beats the crap out of ALL other oils. Take it for what it's worth. *shrugs*
