hey guys, i just picked up a brand new horse shoe oil tank for my 57 panhead. Only thing is it has threaded fittings which are welded in to the tank. Anyone have any idea of what thread these would be? ordered the tank from Preston Cycle and they should be OEM equivalent. my old tank just had screw in type hose flanges to attach a rubber oil line to with a hose clamp...thinkin maybe cut new ones off and tap the hols for the old ones...unless someone else has some insight...oh reason i dont wanna actually buy the original oil lines is because i really want to have my bike on teh road for this weekend and dont have the cash or time to wait for ordered lines!
