Default Can oil pressure go to high?

In 2010 I had my local indy replace all the cam chest parts in my 2004 FLHTCU with Fueling Parts(including the Fueling Oil Pump) and S&S 510G cams. The bike runs great and I ended up with 90 ft/lbs torque and 86 hp. Since then my oil pressure runs right at 55 on the gauge, with Valvoline Synthetic 20W-50 MC oil. The people that tuned my bike highly recommend Redline 20W-60 for every TwinCam. I bought 4 quarts pretty cheaply but I wonder if a 20W-60 will push my oil pressure even higher and if so, does it make any difference? I won't be due for a change until June and the summer temperatures in western Nebraska run anywhere from 80-100+.
