What's with Amsoil?

My Harley dealer sells it. I see some indys also sell it.
The reason they don't sell in stores is because then the store has to mark up their price. What you are doing is taking Walmarts place and eliminating the middle man.
I use so much that I purchased a dealer discount. You can also get a Preferred Customer price also for a little less money.
Their warehouse is just down the street from me, so it's more convienient for me then any of the other syn oils.

For the 20 bucks it costs for the preferred customer deal it then gives you tge oil at half price, and the option to buy in bigger quantities. I had the preferred customer deal. I bought enough oil to make it worthwhile, then 3 months later I was at an estate sale, got 400 quarts of mobil 1 v-twin and amsoil v-twin among other quarts. Got it all for 10 bucks. Don't think I will ever have to buy oil for any bike ever again

I am an authorized dealer of AMSOIL products..the basic idea is to build a variety customer base that consist of customers and dealers...you do have dealers that strictly want to form a dealer base network only...I for one choose to go with a diverse network...I have customers / preferred customers / dealers...I also stock product based on my currant "cash" customers...however, most dealers are just people looking to make a little extra money so stocking everything is impossible...there are a lot of things that stop dealers from stocking or ordering product for people.
People call all the time to get the "best price" and want you to order it for them without any cost exposure to them...as soon as you order and receive the product, you get the "I bought something else instead" and your stuck with the bill...I could write a book...

Schredding rubber, wow did you get a deal. When you opening your store. LOL
I get dealer prices because I use a lot of it. I also sell it to my chapters members at my cost. I'm not in it to make money - maybe after I retire I can make a few bucks here and there.
I guess when you make the best, you have to expect naysayers.
I don't slam any brand name oil. They're all good products. I just happen to like Amsoil better.
Many years ago I liked Mobil1 until they changed the formula. Then a few years later they put those additives back in and called it motorcycle oil and charged more for it.
That's what's called marketing 101.

Deny it, get mad about it, make excuses for it, call it something else, but Amsoil is pyramid sales, and for that reason, I don't buy it. Never will. Never bought into the whole "Amway" BS either, which is the same thing. Just DO NOT like the way it's marketed, period.
