Default Primary O-Ring for 05 Road King

OK, I have looking and looking all over the place for the dash size of the O-Ring for the primary drain plug. My 05 has the smaller plug size.

I know that the
Engine and Trans use 013 (McMaster Carr #8297T123)
Trans Dip Stick use 115 (McMaster Carr #8297T174)

but I cannot find any reference to the size of the smaller O-Ring for the primary plug. I do maint on scuba tanks and have an asortment of O-Rings. It appears to be a o-ring that is between a 010 and a 011 which I have on hand to compare too. Since it appears to be between those to sizes I am just guessing that it is a 108 but I would like some clarification from anyone that may know.

BTW the part number to the above o-rings from McMaster Carr are 90 duro (Hard) Viton 0-rings. The hard o-rings do well in static applications like drain plugs. I am getting ready to place an order for a bunch of o-rings for scuba equipment so I thought I would get a pack of what I need for the bike and save on the shipping.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Phil

OK well my brain must have been fried last night from trying to figure this out because it cannot be a 100 series o-ring becuase it is no thick enough (the o-ring material its self). I just wonder if this one I got from the dealer had been stretched out or anything becuase it is just not making sense to me... The o-ring that it matches best to is a 010. I have to order a bunch of those anyway, so the next time I have to change my oil I will try a 010 and see if it work... Hopefully someone will chime in if they know that is not the correct o-ring size.

I don't know if the primary drain plug (T40 Torx) is the same on an 05 as with my 02 EGC but if it is, there is no o-ring on the drain plug.

Straight from my HD service manual,

Clean drain plug, apply Loctite Pipe Sealant to threads and install back into primary chaincase cover.

Best bet is drop into local HD dealer and confirm...
