I did that on my Fat boy, and it really gives you a complete oil change as normal oil changes leave 20- 28 oz. in the sump.

I will do a 250 mile with dino, a 500, with dino and 1 at 1000 miles; all with complete scavanger and new oil filter.

After 1000, miles I will go to Amsoil.
+1 on the scavenger system. The dirty oil left in the sump would turn my oil very dark after a 100mi. First time with the scavenger was 600mi ago and the oil has barely changed color. Who in their right mind would spend a boat load of money on anything and accept almost a quart of dirty oil still in a motor?

Arrow Amsoil bad???

I was at the Sac Harley Dealer today asking about Amsoil, They do not recommend Amsoil because they have had 3 bikes come in broke, they say there is not enough zinc in the oil. Mmmmmm **** and i was going to use it this next time, Was hoping to cool the bike. Have redline in it now and still friggin hot. 07 RG
