Oil pressure light after oil change

Oil pressure light after oil change
What can be done about the lack of oil pressure during those first few seconds when cranking the motor after an oil change? I normally fill my oil filter about 3/4 full of new oil but still get that red light letting me know that irreversible damage is taking place, shortening the life of my engine. Is there anything that can be done about this? Some sort of oil pressurizing system?
It's always been an issue. I'm about the do the 1000 mile service on my shiny new EG but I'm dreading this already. Just did it to my old ZX and watched as thousands of miles wore away as I warmed it up after the oil change.

Expensive but something to consider. Anyone use one of these pre-oiler systems?
