Spectro Platinum UOA Report

Spectro Platinum UOA Report
Today I received my used oil analysis from Blackstone Labs. The sample sent was Spectro's Platinum 15w50 with 4000 miles of mixed highway and backroads running over the course of about 2 months.
The bike is an '08 Ultra stock TC96 with about 18,000 miles.
From their report:
No potential issues turned up in the test data for this first used oil sample from the Twin Cam engine on your Harley.
Universal averages show typical wear levels for this type of engine after about 3,600 miles on the oil. This oil was used longer, and wear metals compare very well with averages, which is a good sign that the engine is operating normally at this point.
The low insolubles and silicon show effective oil and air filtration, respectively. No excess fuel or moisture existed in the oil and the viscosity was in spec for this oil type.
Very strong first report!
Also noted were the following:
SUS Viscosity @ 210°F 85.0 with universal averages between 79-92
cSt Viscosity @ 100°C 16.77 " " 15.3-18.7
Flashpoint in °F 450

No. I called Blackstone and they did not have a virgin sample of this Platinum oil and neither did I. Without a virgin sample to compare, I didn't order the extra test (I think I will the next time).
But all the elements and properties were well within the universal ranges.
