I have used it before. Mobil1, Amsoil or Redline is all good stuff. I now run the Redline shockproof heavy in the tranny.

Heard others say that is good stuff also. Looked at auto zone and advanced auto parts but didn't find, I'm assuming that they do not carry it. What places usually carry redline?

Autozone stores normally carry it anywhere I've been. Sometimes you have it ask for it as it may not be on display.

My buddies and I have had excellent results with Mobil 1 75W140. Smooth shifts, very quiet gears including 5th.

I just put Mobil 1 75w-90 gear oil in my bike about 3 weeks ago, and noticed an immediate difference. Tranny shifts MUCH smoother, neutral is very easy to find, and the whole tranny is quieter. I recommend it highly.

I have used it for about 1000 miles no problems at all. Everything is smooth.

If I didn't have amsoil, Mobil would be my lube of choice. You got a good one.
