Yeah I'm going to have to look into the cost of amsoil here, and also how much the dealer was going to charge for an oil change. That $92 still doesn't sit right with me.

 

i get from the dealer oil filter, replacement o rings fro the drain plugs.
i get the mobil 1 V twin from wall mart at just under 9$ a QT

makes a $$ of about 76$ for all 3 holes

 

9.85/qt in Canada is a steal!!! I should buy it there

I just bought the MCV at $ 10.80 CDN from Amsoil, I have preferred customer status( wholesale prices.) Canadian Tire charges 19.99 per quart. You can also buy the chrome HD filter for $ 17.90 CDN from Amsoil. If you are going to change your own oil using Amsoil, get a preferred customer account which gets you product at wholesale prices.

I changed all three holes the other day I think I spent $30 for everything, but I'm sure your oil is much better and will make something magic happen in your motor that I won't get to experience.

 

was that syn 3 or what oil

 

4 qts Syn, chrome filter, BelRay, gasket and 3 o rings........$88. That's an increase over the last time I changed fluids.
