I use Harley Syn 3 in all 3 holes. Is there anything else I can use in all 3 holes? Thanks

Amsoil MCV 20w50.
Brad Penn's Penn-Grade 1 20w50 (either the MC or HP version).
Mobil 1 V-Twin 20w50.

Think it could change from time to time , what ever oil company that puts in the lowest bid gets the contract and then produces the oil to HD Specs .

Well, if you are correct and I am wrong, then no more HD oils in my ride.

Yes the SN3 is made by Citgo, I just switched to AMSOIL during a trip back to the Mid West and love the stuff alot of hard riding and did great, had the SN3 in it and saw a huge diff. over all. But who is to say that Mobile 1 is not as good but sticking with the AMSOIL for now.

I recieved an e-mail about Chavez changing the name of Citgo to PETRO AMERICA I think. So if you see these signs, AVOID he is a terroist.

Bids have to be open, and Harley has not done that in years. Citgo has had the contract for about the last dozen years or so.

Not to mention also that SYN 3 is a blend and not pure synthetic oil. You are better off using mobil 1 v-twin or amsoil

Syn3 is a blend of three full-synthetic oils and is not a deficient product, contrary to popular belief. It is, however, overpriced and there are better alternatives available for the money. Perhaps the best for the buck is Mobil 1 15w50, which has been given good reviews in three oil tests by MC mags. At $26/5-qt. container at Wally World it is likely the best bargain available.
