Question SAE 60w for hot weather

Should I use 60w for tropical weather ?(30-36 C/ 86-97 F year round)

Sure. If it is speced for moorcycle applications. Redline makes a 20w60 which is pretty good. But at those temps a straight 60w would be good. Very shear stable.
