What About PureONE
Just because you call a bike a vehicle has nothing to do with it.

Pure One says they do not make oil filters for bikes, simple as that...

Purolator oil filters for motorcycles, Chinese made filters labeled as Purolator.

No Chinese oil filters on anything I own...

Are you positive the Harley filter isn't made in China?

I don`t know where the Harley filters are made, I don`t use them...

I`ve been using Wix filters on my bike since I bought it in `89. They are made in North Carolina.

I'll let their track record speak for itself and buy the very best protection for my bike I can find - Purolator, an American company from Tulsa that means "pure oil later". They're built to specs regardless of where. You'd crap if you know what all in your house is outsourced.
My filter was made in Korea, not China, and I'm sure that's not NORTH Korea.

K&N filter is also in black. I like them because of the wrench boss on the bottom of the filter. Easy to get off without using a filter wrench and causing damage to the sensor. K&N filter number is KN-171B

"Mainly performance engines but aren't these performance engines."

Sorry, still laughing. I love my Harleys, but they're one step above a riding lawnmower on the performance scale.

Yeah, considering that my lawnmower won't pull me, the ol' lady, two bags, a tent, chairs, and 60+ lbs. of gear up the side of a mountain! (in 4th...)

My Purolators are not only spec'd, but chrome. Still trying to find a cap wrench to fit it though - the Fram plastic one sort of fits but will slip if you torque hard.
