Default 72 FLH puking oil at startup

I have a 72 flh that after sitting a while 3 days to a month pukes about 1 qt of engine oil at start up, i have changed oil pumps thinking it was the spring loaded check valve but it did not help at all. Any gray haired wizards out there can help? my driveway and two blocks of my street look like chit.
Thanks

Did you align the pump and check the lines that there are no blockages or sludge etc. in them?

Your oil is draining from the tank, into the crankcase when you start the bike the oil can't get to the oil tank fast enough and it overflows out of the breather, pull your plugs ground them and spin the motor over to help return the oil to the tank.
